Description
The Chinese have long believed that oolong tea can help to increase your metabolism. We thought it would go nicely with some tangy flavours. So there you have it, a beautifully tangy tea that could help to burn a calorie or two. Good news all round we think.
Brewing
We like to use 1 tablespoon of tea per cup, infused for 2 to 3 minutes in water just off the boil.
Ingredients
Oolong tea, hibiscus, lemongrass, ginger and dandelion leaf.
How Many Brews??
You get 50g of our amazing loose leaf tea. With good "tea management" skills this should get you about 15 cups of the good stuff.
