Description
As homage to the home of our first tea bar we created this tea exclusively for Liverpool. It's tough, northern, has heaps of character and a cheeky little Scouse finish.
Our mum thinks this is a seriously tasty brew - and mums are always right!
Brewing
We like to use 1 tablespoon of tea per cup, infused for 2 to 3 minutes in freshly boiled water.
Ingredients
Indian Assam, Sri Lankan Uva and Chinese Yunnan
How Many Brews??
You get 50g of our amazing loose leaf tea. With good "tea management" skills this should get you about 15 cups of the good stuff.
